Job summary

Indorama Ventures is seeking a Turnaround Site Team Leader to steward TMP at a designated site, reporting to the Regional Turnaround Manager. You will lead planning, scheduling, risk management, and vendor coordination for major turnarounds and recat projects.

The role requires at least 5 years in turnarounds or related operations at a refinery or petrochemical facility, plus strong SAP, Primavera P6, MS Project skills and proven leadership abilities. Competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years in turnarounds, construction, maintenance or operations at a refinery or petrochemical facility.
• Experience managing construction projects and turnarounds.
• Field construction, pipefitting and/or welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide TMP stewardship for the site and participate in Site Leadership Team activities.
• Lead TAR planning, scheduling, cost, and risk management efforts to meet milestones.
• Lead daily management team and steerco meetings with Regional TAR Manager alignment.
• Ensure compliance with training, safety, vendor management, and project controls.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and operations to execute turnarounds.
