Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries in Houston, TX, seeks a Manager, Turnarounds to lead turnaround management, planning and execution within GAIT. You will drive readiness reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder workshops across Americas and align with global standards.

Responsibilities include leading assurance reviews, developing gap closure plans, tracking KPIs, mentoring turnaround teams, and coordinating with site managers and global counterparts to deliver safe, efficient turnarounds.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field preferred.
10+ years in a process plant or similar environment required; 5+ years in turnaround preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead turnaround assurance reviews and ensure compliance with the Turnaround Excellence Model.
Facilitate scope, cost and schedule risk workshops and lessons learned sessions.
Communicate review findings and recommendations to Turnaround teams and leadership.
Develop gap closure plans and track turnaround readiness and performance.
Analyze KPIs and benchmarking data to identify improvement opportunities.
Mentor Turnaround teams on best practices and standard processes.
