Job summary

Indorama Ventures in Westlake, Louisiana seeks a Turnaround Site Team Leader to steward TMP during major turnarounds and recat projects, reporting to the Regional Turnaround Manager. You will drive planning, scheduling, and cost oversight on site, coordinating with leadership and project teams to ensure readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equiv AND Minimum of 5 years of experience working in turnarounds, construction, maintenance or operations at a refinery or petrochemical facility.
• Previous experience in field construction, pipefitting, and/or welding.
• Experience managing or leading construction projects and Turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide stewardship of TMP for the relevant Indorama site.
• Lead planning and execution for turnarounds and recat projects.
• Lead Site Leadership Team and represent corporate Turnarounds.
• Develop and monitor KPI / cost control for TAR activities.
• Ensure compliance with training, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with TAR core, FEL, planning teams and vendors.
• Deliver on schedule while managing scope changes and risk.
