Job summary

Deer Park Refining Limited Partnership is seeking a Senior Manager, Turnarounds to lead complex refinery shutdowns and turnarounds with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule. You will direct large execution workforces, set governance, and drive continuous improvement across planning, estimating, and scheduling disciplines.

You will develop leaders, manage risk, and align stakeholders while delivering first-quartile performance in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; degree preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s in engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading turnarounds in oil & gas or refining a must-have.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level turnaround leadership with disciplined execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, and reliability focus with zero incidents goals.
• Develop leaders and teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Evaluate multiple execution strategies to balance safety, scope, schedule, and cost.
• Manage risk, budget, schedule, and compliance across complex projects.
• Communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
