Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of refinery turnaround planning, scheduling, and cost control, including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and cost control best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide standards for turnaround planning, scheduling, estimating and cost control.
• Oversee implementation of a centralized turnaround project controls system across sites.
• Collaborate with directors and refinery leadership to align with corporate objectives.
