Job summary

PEMEX Deer Park is seeking a Senior Manager, Turnarounds to lead safety‑driven, on‑budget turnarounds at the Deer Park Refinery. You will oversee a multi‑year portfolio with complex shutdowns, managing up to 3,000 personnel and coordinating with site leadership, engineering, maintenance, and procurement to deliver first‑quartile results.

• Experience leading large turnaround programs in oil & gas.
• Ability to manage safety, cost, and schedule with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and governance for complex turnarounds with disciplined execution.
• Lead safety, quality, and reliability focus across programs.
• Develop leaders and teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Develop multiple execution strategies balancing scope, cost, and risk.
• Manage critical path scheduling, resource loading, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with site leadership, maintenance, operations, and procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement via after-action reviews and lessons learned.
