Zusammenfassung

OXEA Corporation is seeking a Turnaround Coordinator to lead strategic planning and execution of plant turnaround events at our Bay City, TX site. You will partner with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, Projects, and Supply Chain to deliver safe, on-schedule, and cost-effective turnarounds.

The role requires extensive experience in turnaround planning, contractor management, and budget control, with strong leadership and safety mindset. Occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ten years of experience in chemical manufacturing, refinery, or related environment.
• Experience planning and executing large outages/turnarounds.
• Experience managing contractor resources and budgets.
• Proficiency with SAP or related software; strong MS Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of major plant turnaround events.
• Develop turnaround plans, schedules, and resource requirements with stakeholders.
• Oversee scope development, reviews, and readiness to ensure safety and cost targets.
• Coordinate contracting, procurement, staffing, logistics for turnaround.
• Ensure delivery of planning deliverables: job packages, permits, readiness.
• Maintain integrated schedules and monitor progress with recovery actions.
