Job summary

Olin is seeking a Turnaround Supervisor for Freeport, TX (and/or Oyster Creek) to lead all aspects of the turnaround in Texas Operations Maintenance. You will oversee the TA budget, typically managing $10-20+ million annually, and drive GTM-based execution with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, coordinating site integration, leading TA teams, controlling costs and timing, and aligning operations, projects, and safety with continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of turnaround or construction leadership experience; or 10+ years in maintenance with progressive responsibility.
• SAP Plant Maintenance knowledge.
• Prior leadership experience supervising direct reports.
• Ability to develop and implement Turnaround Work Processes in an industrial environment.
• Must be flexible during off hours to support plant operations.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• TWIC and a valid US Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain turnaround schedules and budgets in TMS.
• Coordinate site integration issues through the TA Managers network.
• Lead turnaround teams to develop budgets, plans, and schedules for turnarounds in Freeport plants.
• Control cost and timing to meet business and site needs.
• Define work list by freeze date and enforce controls for add-ons after freeze dates.
• Estimate TA cost based on scope and adjust plans to constraints.
• Develop critical path and integrate operations, projects, and maintenance activities.
• Lead site and regional teams to improve GTM execution and tools.
