Job summary

Olin is seeking a Maintenance and Turnaround Director for the Freeport, TX facility. You will lead all maintenance and turnaround functions, driving a multi-year reliability program to optimize predictive maintenance, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

As a key member of the TXO Leadership Team, you will ensure safe operations, oversee workforce development, and collaborate with procurement on contracting strategies to improve performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field preferred.
• 10+ years leading maintenance programs in chemical manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage large maintenance and turnaround teams.
• In-depth knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and turnaround functions at the Freeport, TX site.
• Develop and implement a multi-year reliability strategy.
• Oversee maintenance metrics and cost management structures.
• Evaluate suppliers and optimize contracting strategies.
• Foster EH&S culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan long-term outages and coordinate with operations.
