Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries U.S. LP is seeking a Turnaround Manager in Bayport, TX to lead maintenance and capital projects, coordinating with operations and engineering to ensure safe, on-time TAR execution.

You will plan, staff, and monitor activities, drive cost and schedule reporting, and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement. The role requires 7+ years in maintenance with 5+ years in Turnaround or capital projects, strong Maximo and P6 skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associates preferred.
• 7+ years maintenance experience; 5+ years in Turnaround or capital project management.
• Extensive use of Maximo CMMS; experience with detailed mechanical/electrical job plans.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and work self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for compliance with all policies including HSE and governmental requirements.
• Model safe behavior; enforce safety rules and promote safety culture.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance for lock-out and safe work permitting communication.
• Ensure TAR SOP is effectively utilized and TAR execution is properly planned and staffed.
• Interface with HES, Engineering, Controls & Operations to ensure adequate participation.
• Manage TAR execution to meet scope, budget and outage duration.
• Provide timely reporting on cost and schedule performance during TARs.
• Drive optimization of job plans and post-TAR lessons learned.
