• Manage and process back-office support requests for a leading international Gaming & Esports platform.
• Ensure high-quality resolution of user queries via written Turkish, maintaining premium brand standards.
• Monitor and analyze platform activity to ensure compliance and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows for Turkish-speaking user segments.
• Maintain comprehensive records of account updates and support tickets in the CRM system.
