Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Spanish Speaking Player Support Specialist to assist players in Bulgaria. You will respond via chat, email, and tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex bugs to engineering as needed.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Excellent command of English for a multinational office.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to players via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and in-game issues.
• Escalate bugs to development teams per internal protocol.
• Maintain knowledge of game titles, mechanics, and trends.
• Contribute to support documentation and FAQs.
• Act as a brand ambassador with a positive, inclusive approach.
