Oasis Turf & Tree is seeking a motivated Turf & Tree Specialist to join our sales team in Miamisburg, OH. The role pays starting at $42,000 plus commission per year in the first year, with earnings varying by results. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays during peak season.

• Respond to and convert inbound leads via phone, text, and email with follow-up on opportunities.
• Outbound calling campaigns to generate more sales opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer experience with quick, professional responses to inquiries.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline; maintain accurate CRM records.
• Evaluate properties and recommend tailored lawn/tree care solutions.
