Oasis Turf & Tree is seeking a motivated Turf & Tree Specialist to join our sales team in Miamisburg, OH. The role pays starting at $42,000 plus commission per year in the first year, with earnings varying by results. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and convert inbound leads through phone, text, and email while consistently following up on open opportunities.
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns to generate additional sales opportunities with current and prospective customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline while maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Evaluate each property and recommend customized lawn and tree care solutions that meet homeowners' needs.
• Apply company sales processes and product knowledge to confidently guide customers through the buying experience.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to continuously improve sales skills and product expertise.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays during peak season)
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (extended hours to 6:00 during peak season)
