Job summary

Oasis Turf & Tree, Ohio's fastest growing lawn and tree care company, is seeking skilled lawn care professionals. You will manage a large route and deliver fertilization, weed and insect control on a regular cycle, while communicating with customers and maintaining company equipment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness and desire to learn about the lawn care industry.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Self-starter who enjoys outdoor work and works well in a team.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs., walking, standing, bending.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a lawn care route with 500–600 customers.
• Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect control applications every 6–7 weeks.
• Evaluate and communicate potential problems to customers.
• Drive and maintain the company vehicle.
• Safely operate and maintain ride-on equipment and other tools.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Overview:

• Our Lawn Care Technicians manage and grow a lawn care route that consists of 500-600 customers.
• Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect control applications for our customers every 6-7 weeks.
• Work with your customers by evaluating and communicating potential problems.
• Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle.
• Safely operate and maintain the ride-on machine and other assigned equipment.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum requirements:

• Lawn Care Technicians must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Exceptional customer service & communication skills.
• Willingness and desire to learn about the lawn care industry.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail.
• Be a self-starter who enjoys working outdoors and, in a team, environment.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lifting or carrying 50 lbs., walking, standing, and bend for moderate periods of time.
