ExperiGreen, a Turf Masters Brands company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the East Region based in Columbus, OH. You will support the Director of Sales and Marketing to meet regional budgets and drive sales across branch locations.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, budgeting, and coordinating with Branch Managers to improve performance. A strong background in sales leadership and knowledge of horticulture greatly help the role.

Formación

• Experience managing a large sales team across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of agronomy, horticulture, and landscaping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit to meet branch sales staffing needs.
• Provide training, coaching and motivation to Outside Sales Consultants and Branch Managers.
• Identify under-performing sales staff and address causes.
• Work with Branch Managers to increase sales and performance.
• Provide weekly reports and participate in budgeting.
• Ensure timely posting and entry of all sales.
