Job summary

OM TREE SERVICE is seeking a Tree Service Sales Representative to be the face of the company in the Houston area. You will meet homeowners, assess their trees, and close deals on trimming, removal, and stump grinding services.

You will generate leads, evaluate sites, provide accurate quotes, and build lasting client relationships while ensuring satisfaction and safe, timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in landscaping or tree services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and provide accurate estimates for tree services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
• Educate customers on tree health, maintenance, and service options.
• Coordinate with the sales team and crew leaders to schedule jobs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
• Assess job complexity and price jobs accurately and profitably.
