Corteva Agriscience is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Turf & Ornamental team across the United States. This preparatory role develops knowledge and skills through structured training, project responsibility, and day-to-day interactions with Territory Managers and customers.

You will gain hands-on sales experience, build industry relationships, and prepare for increasing responsibility, with training that includes agronomic and classroom components.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in horticulture, biology, turf grass science, business, marketing, economics, agricultural science or related disciplines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through in-person customer visits and written communication.
• Technical aptitude—ability to learn technical skills and agricultural information to apply in your territory.
• Collaborate and lead as part of a team, with a willingness to influence.
• Customer-focused approach to sales and service.
• Proficiency with standard computer technology and mobility to work in assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical guidance to Turf & Ornamental customers and channel partners on proper use, application, and stewardship of Corteva products.
• Consult with customers and end users to evaluate pest pressures, environmental/site conditions, product selection, application methods, and timing.
• Support annual business planning and forecasting with key accounts in collaboration with product and commercial teams.
• Communicate technical and business information to key accounts, including pricing, terms, programs, deadlines, regulatory updates, and other topics.
• Monitor performance of product and marketing programs through regular customer engagement, reporting, and product planning; pursue new marketing opportunities.
• Develop relationships with trade organizations and customers to promote Corteva products.
