Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Turf & Ornamental in the United States. You will support turf and ornamental customers and channel partners, gaining hands-on sales experience and building industry relationships while preparing for a future Territory Manager role.

The program includes structured training, mentoring, agronomic instruction, and classroom sessions, with opportunities to advance into territory management and sales leadership across the country.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in horticulture, biology, turf grass science, business, marketing, economics, agricultural science, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through in-person visits and written communication.
  • Technical aptitude to learn agricultural information and apply it in your territory.
  • Ability to collaborate and lead as part of a team and influence others.
  • Customer-focused approach to sales and service.
  • Proficiency with standard computer technology.
  • Mobility to work in assigned territory and expand into new geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance to Turf & Ornamental customers and channel partners on proper use, application, and stewardship of Corteva products.
  • Consult with customers to evaluate pest pressures, site conditions, product selection, application methods, and timing.
  • Support annual business planning and forecasting with key accounts in collaboration with product/commercial teams.
  • Communicate pricing, terms, programs, deadlines, regulatory updates, and other topics to key accounts.
  • Monitor performance of product and marketing programs through engagement and reporting.
  • Develop relationships with trade organizations and customers to promote products.
  • Commit to the ATM training curriculum for the duration of the program.

With positions available across the country, you'll gain hands-on sales experience, build valuable industry relationships, and prepare for increasing responsibility as you grow your career with Corteva.Territory Managers are the face of Corteva Agriscience, creating demand for and increasing the understanding of our products.
