Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking knowledgeable TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers with in-person tax preparation at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, planning, and software support while building lasting client relationships in the local community. This on-site, part-time role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate tax advice, and proactive outreach to grow TurboTax’s presence in your community.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location; 20+ hours/week.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses using TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and calculations on-site.
• Build client relationships and grow local TurboTax client base.
• Engage with community to expand TurboTax presence.
