Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide on-site tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base. The role emphasizes frontline service in a retail environment, building long-term relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite availability for 20+ hours per week.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site full-service tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, perform calculations, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Build local client relationships and participate in community marketing efforts.
• Support customers with product use and software features in a clear, friendly manner.
