Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, delivering in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support. You will build relationships, grow the local client base, and provide accessible tax guidance with a focus on customer outcomes.

You will operate with a tax-pro mindset, serving customers in a front-facing role, and may engage in local marketing and community outreach to expand TurboTax's presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week, weekends.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local outreach to grow the client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
