Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships within the local community. The role emphasizes a proactive community presence, local marketing support, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine assistance across in-person interactions and digital tools.
