Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while building a local client base and serving as a community ambassador. You’ll engage with prospects, deliver great service, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location in the US; 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build local client base with community outreach.
