Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve customers in-person, delivering tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships to grow the client base. Role emphasizes community engagement, marketing support, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Use government sites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
