Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full service tax preparation and expert advice to customers, building trust and helping clients navigate complex tax situations.

As a key member of the TurboTax team, you’ll grow the local client base, engage with the community, and deliver outstanding service with a customer-first mindset while adhering to Intuit policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s for 30+ returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador locally.
• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and build long-term relationships.
