Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will combine tax knowledge with community engagement to deliver accurate tax returns and great client service. As a trusted advisor, you will grow a local client base, provide hands-on tax preparation, and connect with customers to build long-term relationships while leveraging Intuit marketing and resources.

Formación

• Active EA/CPA preferred with tax expertise.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• On-site role at TurboTax location in the U.S.
• 3+ years of preparing 1040s with software.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and tax regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and build long-term relationships.
