Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in a community-focused, front-facing setting.

You’ll work on-site with a team of financial professionals, helping clients maximize refunds and plan for future taxes, while growing TurboTax’s local client base and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax return preparation for 30+ returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
