Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing tax expertise and guidance to customers while driving local community engagement and brand presence.

The role involves hands-on tax preparation, discovery sessions, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Must reside in the United States and be willing to work a front-facing retail schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Be the proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients both in-person and via virtual tools.
