Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building trusted relationships in your community.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll grow your client base, provide personalized tax services, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes. The role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Grow the local client base and referrals through community engagement and partnerships.
