Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and delivering a superior customer experience.

The role emphasizes community engagement, marketing collaboration, and ongoing professional tax work in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax Retail customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and build long-term relationships.
• Participate in local marketing and community events to promote TurboTax services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences with professionalism and empathy.
