Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and driving community engagement. The role emphasizes face-to-face service, trust-building, and a proactive approach to growing the TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum 3 years' paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location; weekend availability.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and developing relationships.
• Provide tax expertise: hands-on advice and complete preparation for simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
