Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at retail or flagship locations across the United States, delivering full service tax return preparation and tax advice. You’ll engage with customers, grow the local client base, and provide personalized financial guidance using TurboTax tools.

The role emphasizes on-site availability, community outreach, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while maintaining compliance with tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist clients with simple to complex tax situations and maximize refunds.
• Build local community presence and attract new clients through marketing activities.
