Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax guidance for local customers.

You will build relationships, grow the client base, and provide a best-in-class customer experience while representing TurboTax in community events and daily retail operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professionals with valid credentials and allowed to file taxes in the U.S.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes for clients.
• Experience in personal and business tax scenarios is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships in a retail setting.
