Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building relationships and expanding client bases in your local community. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering accurate tax solutions in plain language while leveraging marketing support and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and engage with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers across simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in person and via Intuit video tools.
