Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, community engagement, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging marketing support and software tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN and be able to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be the public face of TurboTax locally, engaging prospects and converting leads into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and grow the local TurboTax client base with marketing support.
