Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax prep, advice, and software support, building relationships with local communities and growing the client base.

As a non-exempt, on-site role, you’ll work 20+ hours weekly, develop local presence, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while helping customers navigate complex tax situations.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to build local social presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory.
• Uniform and front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person.
