Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs in person.

You will work on-site, provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice, and build relationships within your local community while supporting Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax location in the United States, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support at a TurboTax Retail location.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and communicate complex tax issues in plain language.
