Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products in a storefront setting.

You will engage with the community, grow the local client base, and collaborate with marketing and service teams. This is an on-site role requiring a proactive, customer-first approach and compliance with all regulatory tax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/license preferred for tax expertise and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax Retail customers.
• Deliver personalized tax reviews and planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build long-term client relationships through local community engagement and referrals.
• Assist customers with software/product support and feature explanations.
