Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering full service tax preparation and personalized tax guidance to customers in a friendly retail setting. Responsibilities include building local client relationships, collaborating with a team, and leveraging TurboTax resources to grow the customer base while ensuring exceptional service.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to work onsite, including Sundays, 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and assist marketing efforts.
• Utilize government sites and professional tools to deliver accurate solutions.
