Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and build a local client base while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You’ll engage with customers face-to-face, leverage Intuit tools, and participate in local marketing efforts to grow the business and help communities prosper through thoughtful tax guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
