Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex returns with personalized guidance. As a trusted local ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and collaborate with marketing and tax professionals to build lasting relationships in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s for individuals.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador in local TurboTax markets.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage in local marketing activities with TurboTax support.
