Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers, leveraging marketing support to attract new clients and build long-term relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate tax needs, maximize refunds, and plan for the future while promoting Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local/online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be comfortable in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with deductions, planning, and tax reviews for clients.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using resources and team expertise.
• Create a positive customer experience and build client trust.
• Engage with the community and grow the client base with marketing support.
