You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their tax needs with hands-on tax return preparation and personalized support. As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with marketing to make taxes approachable.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions and minimize liabilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
