Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers with in-person tax returns, advice, and software support, while growing the local TurboTax client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, client loyalty, and a strong pay-for-performance mindset, with marketing support and access to TurboTax tools to build a thriving local business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to build local/online tax content per Intuit policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
