Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers with in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base. You will engage with the community, provide approachable tax guidance, and grow TurboTax presence through marketing support and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
