Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location nationwide, delivering hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers.

You will be a proactive community ambassador, expanding Intuit’s local presence, attracting new clients, and building long-term relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This non-exempt, onsite role in California offers base pay and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certs.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 tax rules.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts to attract new clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Assist customers with tax planning and software use in a friendly retail setting.
