Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, guiding them through complex situations with clear, everyday language.

You’ll also help grow TurboTax’s client base locally by building relationships and delivering a premier customer experience, supported by Intuit’s marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain/state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
