Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships in your local community.

The role emphasizes in-person service, proactive outreach, and a commitment to empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes. On-site hours and a base pay range are specified for California.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location for 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and grow the client base through outreach and marketing activities.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers including complex scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trusted relationships with clients.
• Engage with the local community and leverage TurboTax tools to create helpful tax content.
