Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, share tax guidance, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes within the local community. As a proactive community ambassador, you’ll attract new clients, nurture relationships, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to make taxes approachable.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• On-site, 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax location.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
